On September 13 1969, Joseph Barbera and William Hanna aired the first Episode of Scooby-Doo "What a Night for a Knight". Along all of the other creations of the two geniuses like The Flintstones, Penelope Pittstop, or Harvey Birdman, this creation brought them to their key success. It wasn't until February 20, 1998 when scooby-doo went to the big screen with their first movie "Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island". And there would be guest stars as well like The Harlem Globe Trotters, The Three Stooges, Abbot and Costello, heck, even Weird Al appeared on one of the Batman & Scooby-Doo episodes. Many Monsters where faced, many characters were introduced, who can forget the Spooky Space Kook and his creepy laugh, or Scrappy-Doo's PUPPY POWER. Or Scooby's Cousin Scooby-Dum and his few episodes.

Now why am i making a big deal of this?

Growing up with very few friends and being very socially awkward, it was tough growing up. I was very sheltered when i was little and everyone at my elementary school where horrible to me. Scooby-Doo was there to make everything better. He taught me to be myself and be as big of a clown as i can. He also taught me how to be brave when something big and scary might be waiting around the corner. It also gave me my passion for food and cooking. I have actually tried making a Super Shaggy Triple Deluxe Sandwich before and ate it all. when i was a kid, you would,t be able to find a place in my room where scooby-doo stuff was not laying around. Heck, i still have my stuffed animal of him i got for Easter when i was like 8. He is lying on my bed right now. i promised i would never get rid of him when i got him, and i will never break that promise.

Scooby-Doo helped make me into who i am,
i don't think i know what i would do without those Meddling Kids and Their Awesome Dog
